Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Be sure to grease the bottom of the pan before placing the parchment paper on top. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin, baking soda and baking powder.

Add in the coconut sugar and vanilla extract and mix.

Beat in the eggs and coconut oil until smooth.

Add in the flour and spices then mix until smooth.

Add batter to pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until fully cooked.
