Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

Make the marinade by combining all ingredients in a blender, food processor, or by hand until blended.

Season the sea bass lightly with salt and pepper on both sides. Pour most of the marinade over the fish, but reserve some to drizzle over the cooked fish.

Marinate for up to 1 hour.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. How long you cook it really depends on the thickness of each fillet.

Drizzle remaining marinade over the fish, and garnish with ginger and fresh herbs.
