Soy Ginger Chilean Sea Bass

  • 1 Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • 1 Make the marinade by combining all ingredients in a blender, food processor, or by hand until blended.
  • 2 Season the sea bass lightly with salt and pepper on both sides. Pour most of the marinade over the fish, but reserve some to drizzle over the cooked fish.
  • 3 Marinate for up to 1 hour.
  • 4 Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. How long you cook it really depends on the thickness of each fillet.
  • 5 Drizzle remaining marinade over the fish, and garnish with ginger and fresh herbs.
